Keenan Crane!
Hello my lovely doves and spring chickens and flowers and ducks. My name is Keenan Crane and I study physics across the great Atlantic ocean at the University of Bath in jolly old England (where they don't have any clue what batteries are). This desire for an internationalized education is some kind of loosely Freudian holdover from my early childhood, during which time I lived in Sydney, Tokyo, and attended the copiously international (as indicated by its name) Nishimachi International School. There I got picked on, as do all epic heroes in their younger years, but eventually I learned Judo, which did me little good except to make stereotypically inert and nerdy threats ("I know kung fu!"). Nobody would expect then that someday I would be in the super position that I am now. That is, assisting Professor Simon Bending and the esteemed Sergey Gordeev with their work in condensed matter physics and superconducting materials, irrespectively. Oh yes, and I really enjoy Sliders. Always makes me wonder what all the other Keenan Cranes out there in the multiverse are doing... But as for the Keenan Crane living in this region of the multiverse, I'm still barely passing PH30033 (low-dimensional semiconductor physics).
